January is a month that invites us to return to our roots, to comforting cuisine that highlights seasonal produce. At Virens Barcelona, rice once again becomes the common thread through which we express the essence of winter.
We begin the year with one of our favourites: creamy rice with artichokes and Iberian pork secreto.
A dish born from respect for ingredients and the pursuit of balance. Artichokes, at their seasonal peak, bring freshness and a distinctive vegetal character, while the Iberian secreto adds depth, juiciness and an enveloping intensity.
Available only this January, from Monday to Friday, as part of our lunchtime menu.
