This menu, available Monday to Friday at lunchtime, begins with two irresistible appetizers, full of flavor to awaken your senses and appetite. Then comes the main course: a different rice dish every month, crafted with local ingredients and designed to make the most of what each season has to offer. The experience is completed with our signature pumpkin Catalan cream, a dessert that reinterprets tradition with a touch of originality, along with a drink included.
This September, the star is a creamy rice with roasted red peppers and bluefin tuna. The intensity and sweetness of the slowly roasted peppers blend with the silkiness of the rice, leading to the depth of bluefin tuna, which adds an elegant and refined note to the dish.
